(3) Terms of sale

By placing an order online, you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Delivery time may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery time are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible. Please refer to our “Shipping or Returns/ Refund Policy” for more information.

(4) Order Terms

When you place an order, you will receive an email notification of your order, which is only used to confirm your order, not your final purchase order. Only if your payment is successfully made and deducted from your credit or debit card, until we successfully receive your payment, the order contract between us will form the final legal purchase order contract.

5.1 Whilst we try and ensure that all details, contents and prices which appear on this website are accurate,errors (including processing errors) may occur. As such, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. If we discover an error in the price or payment of any goods which you have ordered we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel the order. If we are unable to contact you, we treat the order as canceled. If the order is canceled and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund as soon as possible.

5.2 Where applicable, shipping fee will be charged (or other fees as required by the Malaysian Government), and these additional charges will be clearly displayed in your order and included in the “Total”.

TAETEA accepts all credit and debit card issued by bank (Visa and Master Card), accepts payment from online bank transfers FPX(Maybank2U, CIMB Clicks, Hong Leong Connect, RHB Now, Bank Islam Online, PBeBank,Alliance Bank, Bank Rakyat, KFH Online, OCBC Bank, Standard Chartered, UOB, Ambank, Bank Muamalat, Affin Bank, HSBC, BSN) and accepts payment only in Malaysian Ringgit. The MOLPay Online Payment System is our official online payment gateway for the website of TAETEA (www.taeteamall.com.my). Currently, you can make the payment through the MOLPay online gateway. At the same time, TAETEA reserves the right to refuse any payment option request from you suggest.

(7) Discount Codes

We will provide promotional discount codes that can be used on this website in a timely manner based on specific marketing needs. Terms of use or conditions relating to the promotional discount code will be determined and published at the time of publication.

All items purchased from the TAETEA e-commerce platform are made pursuant to a shipment contract.When TAETEA deliver the item to the courier service company in accordance with the prescribed procedures, the risk of loss of the item and title for such item will be transferred to you.

TAETEA reserves the right to cease, suspend or withdraw your access to the Website for any reason, including but not limited to upgrades and maintenance the Website.
