RETURN/REFUND POLICY

Purchase ordered at Taetea Mall (www.taeteamall.com.my) do not support unreasonable return refunds. Please read these terms before purchasing. By placing an order on this website, you are accepting the terms stated below:

(1) Order cancellation

Taetea Mall has the right to cancel any product order under any circumstances. If we cancel your order, we will notify you in advance and refund the amount you have paid.

The refund will be returned to the customer’s original payment card. If the refund cannot be returned in time due to our payment gateway (Molpay) or bank, our customer service staff will contact you to resolve the problem.

The amount redeemed by the member points cannot be exchanged for cash.

(2) Return of goods

For Return Policy, under normal circumstances, there will be NO EXCHANGE, RETURN OR REFUND of any goods that are purchased, regardless of whether the product is opened or unopened in partly or wholly.

When you sign the receiving slip of product, you should check the product in GOOD CONDITION. If there is any damage or defective of item, you should contact our TAETEA customer care for further assistance (+603 6262 7572). Otherwise, we have the right to reject the return claim you requested.

Order return only APPLICABLE for the following circumstances:  

(1) The product is expired or the product (or inner packaging) is damaged;

(2) The wrong product delivered.

When you encounter the above problem when receiving the parcel, the customer has the right to request of replace the same product listed in the Website, with equivalent value (but can not be returned), and the customer MUST NOTIFY the report at the expedite time, IF it is not notified in advance, it is deemed as ACCEPTANCE.

Product sealed should not be broken EXCEPT for item type that cannot be differentiated visually based on information provided on the box or packaging only.

After notify us the report, please return your well-packed parcel together with original invoice and free gifts( if any) to us within 5 working days. Countdown starts from the date you received the parcel to the post stamp date on the return parcel.

After receiving the goods, we will evaluate the quality of goods condition match together with your notification report .

The shipping cost to refund and exchange goods is borne by buyer.

If the goods are damaged due to the buyer caused, they will NOT be returned.

(3) Refund of goods

The following conditions are applicable to refunds:

(1) The product has been discontinued;

(2) Product with quality problems delivered.

If you choose full refund option, you need to appeal for us when the time you receive the defective goods from logistic company.

All refund or exchange for any goods purchased must be returned to us within 5 working days upon receiving the goods ordered.

When TAETEA receive your goods ( include the well-packed parcel together with original invoice and free gifts( if any) fulfil the above refund conditions, we will proceed the refund process within 7-14 business days. The refund amount will be returned to your original payment card, the specific refund time will be executed according to the regulations of each bank.

Refund is NOT APPLICABLE for pre-order goods.

For those who need to return or refund the goods, you need to contact our customer service in advance. After the report is notified, we will arrange the follow-up. If you do not contact our customer service in advance and handle the order return or refund of the goods by yourself, we have the right to reject handling your case, all responsibility arising therefrom shall be borne by yourself.
