(3) When will I receive my parcel?
We will process your order on weekdays (Monday to Friday, 9:30am-5:30pm), EXCEPT weekend and public holidays.
After you successfully placed your order, our Taetea Customer Service team will take 1-2 working days to conduct verification process. While, Courier will take 3-5 working days to deliver for Peninsular Malaysia, 5-7 working days for East Malaysia region. We are unable to provide you with an exact date and time of delivery. Delivery time is influenced by product availability, your shipping destination and partners delivery schedule in your location.
(4) What if I couldn’t check the latest order tracking status after a week?
If you couldn’t check the latest order tracking status or received the parcel after receiving the order confirmation email for a week, please contact our customer service at +603 6262 7572 for further assistance.
(5)Do you offer international shipments?
International shipment is not available by TAETEA at the current moment.

(7)Can I pick up my order at Taetea office?
Taetea does not provide you with a self-service delivery location to pick up your orders. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

If you provide your e-mail address when placing your order, once your parcel is shipped, we will send tracking number to your e-mail address. Please check your email inbox to get your tracking number sent by us or by log in to your TAETEA account to track your parcel.
