① 备具择水 Prepare the Teaware and Water:
取用大益盖碗、公道杯、品茗杯、茶荷、壶承、水盂。建议选用当地的纯净水。
Prepare a covered bowl, fairness pitcher, tasting cups, tea holder, Teapot saucer, and Tea waste container. It is recommended to use locally sourced purified water.
② 称茶 Weigh the Tea:
称取8g干茶，茶水比例约为1:20，可根据个人口感酌情增减。
Prepare approximately 8g of the tea.The suggestion of tea to water ratio about 1:20. Can be adjusted according to personal preference.
③ 温杯 Clean and Warm the Teawares:
用沸水将盖碗温润一遍，再次清洁器具并保持温度。
Pour boiling water on the outer surface and into covered bowl to cleanse and warm them, then dispose the water.
④ 投茶 Cast Tea Leaves into the Covered bowl:
观赏茶叶外形，投入盖碗中。
Appreciate the beauty of the tea leaves and then put them into the covered bowl.
⑤ 醒茶 Awaken the Tea:
沸水醒茶，视干茶紧结程度漫泡5-10秒。
Steep the tea for 5s-8s depending on the tightness of the compressed tea leaves. Dispose the first infusion. This is to rinse and awaken the tea easy to bring out flavor in later infusions.
⑥ 注水 Brew with Boiling Water:
沸水冲泡，定点注水，避免高冲，保证水温。
Fill boiling water into the covered bowl at a fixed point. Avoid pouring water from high level to maintain the hot water temperature.
⑦ 出汤 Steep the Tea:
浸泡5-8秒，快速出汤，冲泡三泡后，可适当增加冲泡时间。
Steep the tea for 5s-8s and then infuse the tea liquid quickly. The tea must steep longer with each infusion later after the tea being brewed for 3 times.
⑧ 分享 Sharing:
将冲泡好的茶汤均匀分入品茗杯中。
Fill each of the teacups equally.
⑨ 品茗 Enjoying the Tea:
品尝茶汤的滋味和香气，陈年普洱老茶醇厚饱满，陈香馥郁。
